Please allow 3-5 days for your orders to be boxed and shipped via USPS, First Class Mail, or UPS Ground, with a tracking number provided via email.

Any orders received after 1:00 pm (CST) on Friday will not be shipped until the following Monday.

It is important to us that we provide fair and accurate shipping rates.

Due to the nature of our business all sales are FINAL. We inspect all products before shipping, however under certain circumstances if you do receive a damaged product due to shipping please email us at gingergracecreations@gmail.com (Please include a photo of the damage product along with timestamp of when the package was received.) We do not receive returns or request 7 days after delivery.
